Package Pricing Details
Package Purchase and Appointment Process
- Psychiatric consultation service, available onsite and online, with a consultation time of 45 minutes (previously 1,500 THB for 30 minutes)
- This price does not include medication and service fees (Onsite: 300 THB, Online: 200 THB)

- Registration and payment
- Staff will forward the information and payment slip, and confirm the package purchase at the clinic front desk- Staff will send confirmation of the package purchase to the client - In the case that the client continues with follow-up consultations, the standard course will be deducted, and the number of sessions used and remaining will be recorded according to the package and appointment schedule
- Each time the service is completed, front desk staff must inform the client of the remaining package balance
*If another person uses the package on behalf of the client, the package owner must be notified before and after each use. (If by phone, a written confirmation must be sent via LINE to the package owner every time)
- The special package purchase period is from October 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024
- The package validity starts from the date the customer transfers the payment, lasting for the duration specified in the package
Example: If the client purchases and transfers payment for a 3-session package on October 1, 2024, it will be valid for 6 months, until March 31, 2025 - This package can be used for both onsite (clinic) and online consultations
- Clients purchasing the package must provide their full name for eligibility verification (Packages can be purchased for others, or by others on behalf of the original client)
- After registration and payment, the client must confirm their eligibility and transfer the amount as informed by the staff. Staff will confirm the purchase to the client
- For each consultation, staff will deduct sessions from the purchased package according to the appointment
- If another person uses the package, the name of the package owner must be provided each time. Staff will notify the package owner before and after the service (If by phone, a written message will be sent via LINE to the package owner every time)
- The package duration cannot be combined or extended. For example, if the client buys two packages, the duration cannot be extended to two years
- This package does not include medication or service fees (Onsite: 300 THB, Online: 200 THB)
- The package cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances
- This package cannot be used for consultations with Dr. Pranee Paweenchana
- Children under 18 years old are not eligible to use this package
- JOY OF MINDS Clinic reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice
